A Short History of College.

Welcome to Indira Gandhi Mahila Degree Mahavidyalay. The college is one of the Non-Government Colleges under Ramadevi Women's University is affiliated since 2015. There is provision for +3 Arts course with Honours in all major subjects. The college has campus of its own & has hostel facilities.

The College was established in the academic session 1996-97 on the financial assistance & co-operation of the councellers of Vyasanagar NAC. At first the College was affiliated to the Utkal University subsequently to the Ramadevi Women's University from the year 2015.
